CHEMTRAILS:
WEAPON OR WATER VAPOR?

CLEVELAND, Oh. - To the casual observer it may appear that jets are playing a giant game of tic-tac-toe in the skies. It’s happening in Cleveland several times a day, and it has been documented by activists throughout the U.S., the British Isles, Australia, Africa, and other parts of the world for years.
The thick lines of white sprayed by unknown jets form into grid-like patterns  referred to as Chemtrails, not contrails. Chemtrails are created when jets dart back and forth, up and down, and even in circles throughout a large portion of the sky and spray a substance that forms artificial cloud covering. It takes place most often during heavy traffic times in early morning, mid-afternoon and in the evening just before sunset, according to witnesses, and as seen in photos and video.
“I’ve seen as many as 14 jets in the sky at once going in every direction imaginable. Five or six hours later, the stuff they sprayed is still in the air,” said one witness. “Within a day and a half afterwards, we’re all sick around here with coughing, headaches and flu-bugs.”
The jets take about an hour to turn a clear and sunny day into a cloud-covered, gray day, and remains gray for many hours.
Numerous websites feature chat rooms and posting boards with the same complaints of health problems caused by the chemtrails. Because no agency has yet claimed responsibility for Chemtrails, complaints and speculation have traditionally been downplayed. A common theory among activists is that Chemtrails are being used to slow ozone depletion, with reflective materials being placed into the atmosphere.
The website Rebfile.com has reported an increasing occurrence of
Chemtrails over New York City, and claims that hundreds of people have reported
sickness after the release of chemtrails. The site states that Scientist Richard Hoagland has come forward and expressed concern that chemicals released by jets may be harmful to environment and humans.
Chemtrails are different from contrails. Chemtrails are not made from jet expulsions, ice crystals, or excess fuel released by commercial air traffic.
An EPA Aircraft Contrails Factsheet, developed by scientific and regulatory experts from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Federal Aviation Administration, National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, explains that contrails are created through the combination of water vapor in aircraft engine exhaust and low ambient temperatures at high altitudes. It states that contrails are composed primarily of water in the form of ice crystals, but may affect atmospheric temperatures and the climate. The sheet says both civil and military aircraft leaves contrails.
“Condensation trails are composed of ice particles, visible behind jet aircraft engines, typically at cruise altitudes in the upper atmosphere,” the report states. Others have different opinions.
There are more than 56,000 returns on the internet for Chemtrails. At least 56,000 people took the time and effort to bring light to the matter. The sites explore ideas such as Chemtrails being part of a government cover-up, weather modification project, electro-magnetic field manipulation, weather manipulation, mind-control and biological weaponry. In addition, there are thousands of blogs and messages boards with users searching openly for what they call the truth about what the trails are. They share their pictures and their experiences. While the many pictures of Chemtrails taken during different times of the day offer telling evidence that the streaks are not contrails, they offer very little real information about who is creating them and why.
Calls to government entities only lead to more calls.
Spokesperson for the Great Lakes Region of the FAA, Elizabeth Isham Cory’s answer: Call the military.
“Oh, I’ve heard of Chemtrails, but we always send these calls to the military. We’re civil. Call the Air Force. Try Washington and see where it goes from there,” she said.
No one from the U.S. Air Force has responded.
“I’m not familiar with it at all, and I‘m not sure it‘s something I can even help with” said Atmospheric Research Scientist Steven Perry, who works for the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.
“I’m not surprised that it could happen,” he said of the Chemtrails, “the atmosphere up there is very stable,”
The National Exposure Research Lab, (NERL) part of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency, has data on the Atmospheric Modeling Division’s Exposure Measurement, according to spokesperson Patrice Borsz, but the word “chemtrails” isn’t used.
Atmospheric Modeling is manipulating the atmosphere in a squared off area in various ways that include chemicals, weather, radiation, and the electro-magnetic field, according to Borsz.
External communications officer Tony Molinaro at the Federal Aviation Administration is armed with a 10 page fax for callers asking about Chemtrails. The problem: The fax is about contrails. Molinaro said he didn’t think there was a difference.
Activists who look to the sky in disgust think the government knows exactly what chemtrails are; they just choose not to share the information.
According to Congressman Dennis Kucinich, (D- Cleveland), Chemtrails are part of a weapon system.
In H.R. 2977, introduced in October 2001, Kucinich publicly stated what activists have long been trying to warn; that chemtrails do exists, and they are not harmless to humans or to the environment.
In the “Space Preservation Act of 2001,” which said its goal was “preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the U.S.,” Kucinich wanted to require the President to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons. He included laser weapons systems, chemical, biological, environmental and psychotropic weapons, and in the bill, he specifically named Chemtrails as one type of weapon to ban.
Kucinich, who still has not responded to multiple requests for an interview, rewrote and reintroduced the bill-- without the language specifying the weapons he sought to ban. In the new bill, there was no mention of Chemtrails.
The revised bill, H.R. 3616, “The Space Preservation Act of 2002” was introduced in January 2002. While it is not uncommon for legislators to re-write a bill as it goes through its legislative process, Kucinich supporters were dismayed at what they termed his dumbing down of the bill.
“I can’t help but wonder what he was thinking by boldly including chemtrails in the language of the bill, then yanking it out in the revision. I can‘t help but think it was political pressure from the highest ranks that made him do it,” one of his once loyal constituents asked. “We all know Chemtrails are not a normal part of our earth’s cloud system. Jets are making them, on purpose.  Is this not something we are supposed to be suspicious of?”
Lorie Kramer, a writer featured on WWW.RENSE.COM, a politically charged web-site which features interviews and information on various government and environmental topics, said Kucinich was boldly attempting to “soften the truth of the matter,” when he rewrote the bill.
HR 3616 totally removes chemtrails as a dangerous weapon being sprayed on unsuspecting nations, according to Kramer.
“By its conspicuous appearance in 2977, the term 'Chemtrails' received a form of credibility within the official government process never seen before, producing the hope that one courageous representative had finally had the fortitude to take the issue of Chemtrails to a level of congressional scrutiny long overdue,” Kramer says.
Her report states that although chemtrails are deployed in the two to six mile-high range, and not the 60-mile altitude stated in 2977, their inclusion in Kucinich's original list of weapons systems was a major breakthrough for tens of thousands of citizens and researchers across the country who have been monitoring and investigating the spraying for the past three years.
Other language removed from Kucinich’s rewrite includes particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasmas, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, and mind-control technologies. All had been identified as weapon systems.
“Exotic Weapons' - as boldly stated in H.R. 2977 - are not even mentioned in H.R. 3616,” Kramer states. “So, what happened here? Did someone have a 'friendly chat' with Rep. Kucinich? Did the Congressman inhale a bit too much aluminum during his morning job? Did he look up one day, find himself standing under a big ‘X’, and feel his knees get a little wobbly?”
In Kucinich's first version of "The Space Preservation Act of 2001,“ exotic weapons systems were described as weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space."
Kramer and Nord both ask the same question: “Why did Kucinich change his mind about including the names of exotic weapons systems used on natural ecosystems and living organisms on the planet?”
Although chemtrails are not openly acknowledged by the government as a weapons system, or even mentioned in H.R.3616, the question of the real components of the world’s warfare system has still been raised. And it is right over our heads.
